Octomore 14.3 is a super-heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich distillery. It features an astonishingly high phenol level of 214.2 PPM (parts per million). The barley used in this edition is grown on the Octomore farm, located two miles from the distillery. The whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill American whiskey casks and second-fill wine casks
